Position Assistant Professor

Julie Bayle-Cordier is Franco-American and received her B.A from McGill University and her Ph.D. in Strategy from HEC Paris after working as a manager for L’OREAL for several years. She is Assistant Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility and Mindfulness at IÉSEG School of Management. Julie’s research focuses on socially responsible organizations and mindfulness in the workplace. Julie also integrates mindfulness practice in her workplace where she has developed an elective course ‘Mindfulness & Management’ and facilitates mindfulness sessions for staff. She obtained her Level 1 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Certification from Brown Mindfulness Center at Brown University in 2019. Julie believes that mindfulness is a strategic act we can undertake to foster individual and systemic change for a better society
