Assistant Professor
Helen Cocco (Ph.D.) is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Marketing and Sales department at IÉSEG School of Management, specialising in customer experience and retail management strategy. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing, and she is a member of Lille Économie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). Before joining academia, she spent eight years working in marketing and project management roles in the United Kingdom.
Her research interests lie in omnichannel and seamless customer experience, and her work is published in international peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Business Research, the International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, and the Journal of Marketing Management. She coordinates and teaches several courses in marketing, retail and customer experience.
