David Montens is an Assistant Professor of Practice at IÉSEG School of Management, France. A member of the ICOR research group at IÉSEG, his research focuses on different forms of openness within organizations and in the field of strategy. In particular, he studies inclusion and transparency (open strategy) and explores how to integrate the voice and place of Nature in organizations.
