Behind the scenes of COP negotiations

In this episode of Changemaker stories, Professor Hayley Walker shares her insights in to the negotiations that take place at the UN Climate Change Conferences of the Parties (COP). A Professor of International Negotiation at IÉSEG, she has carried out research on the Danish and French Presidencies, and is also a principal at the non-profit thinktank and consultancy Centre for Multilateral Negotiations (CeMuNe).

In this capacity, she has had the opportunity to participate, since COP21 in 2015, in the intergovernmental negotiations of the conferences of parties (COPs) and has accompanied governments in hosting the event and facilitating the debates.
