5 tips to ensure your company values really ‘resonate’

In a recent article published on the Harvard Business Review (HBR) website, Professor Shawn POPE from IÉSEG and Arild WÆRAAS from Oslomet Business School in Oslo, provide five tips to help companies identify “core values that can pique interest, roll off the tongue, please the eye, accentuate what’s important, and sharply resonate with the company’s identity”.
According to the experts, surveys have shown that many employees have poor awareness of their company’s values and therefore how they should be implemented.
