On the 13th & 14th May IÉSEG will host a workshop (on its Paris campus) bringing together around 30 international researchers who will discuss and present their work on trends in the fields of sustainable, green and international finance.

Co-organized with Audencia, Edhec and the University of Vaasa (Finland), the researchers (including faculty from IÉSEG) from different continents will present a variety of new research across four different sessions:

•              Climate finance (e.g. climate change management and impact on financial performance).

•              Sustainable finance (e.g. trade-offs between the environmental and social pillars of ESG scores).

•              International finance (e.g ESG relevance in credit risk of development banks)

•              Green finance (e.g. impact of green financial and fiscal policies on environmental and non-environmental innovation).

On the first day of the workshop, Professor John W. Goodell from the College of Business of The University of Akron (USA) will also give the keynote presentation.

The Workshop is financially supported by the French Institute in Finland, the Embassy of France in Finland, the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Finnish Society of Sciences and Letters and the OP Group Research Foundation.
