Nathalie Demoulin is Professor of Marketing at IÉSEG and Director of the Master apprenticeship track in “Management du Commerce de la Grande Distribution”. She specializes in marketing strategy and customer relationship management. She is particularly interested in retail customer experience and omnichannel retailing.

She is also a member of Lille Economie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
