Maximiliano Marzetti practised law before becoming a full-time legal scholar. He obtained a Ph.D. in Law and Economics from Erasmus Rotterdam University. He approaches law through the lens of economics (Law and Economics), emphasising the legal system’s role as a source of competitive and strategic advantage in business. Maximiliano specialises in intellectual property, data protection and alternative dispute resolution.
