AMARAL Lucas

Lucas Amaral is an expert and author of numerous research studies and articles that focus on the intersection between the implementation of sustainability and CSR (corporate social responsibility) and employees. He helps, for example, organizations understand and solve persistent everyday problems, such as hypocrisy perceptions, stigmatization (e.g. LGBTQIA+, different minority groups), and disconnections between ‘words and deeds’. He has a Ph.D. in management from King’s College London.

He is also a member of Lille Economie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
