Dean of the School, Caroline Roussel holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences, a Master’s Degree in management control, accountancy and financial management, has graduated from ICN business school and an Accreditation to Supervise Research. She has been a professor at IÉSEG since 2002. She previously held the positions of Head of Department and Director of Academic Development, before being named Academic Director of IÉSEG and Dean of Faculty in 2016. Her research interests include open strategy and performance management tools. She has published in internationally recognized journals such as Organization Studies, European Management Review, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, and the British Journal of Management.
