Johannes Claeys is a Professor in leadership at IÉSEG and the author of many publications related to leadership. In his research, he seeks to bring an evidence-based approach to leadership development. He has a Ph.D. from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. As a leadership professor at IÉSEG, he is coordinating several leadership courses but mainly focuses on MBA, EMBA and executive courses. He has been an executive MBA director, is an academic director of the Leadership Center at IÉSEG, and gives keynotes across the globe. Finally, he has designed and implemented leadership programs in different contexts, ranging from local SMEs to multinationals.
