Caroline Rieu Plichon earned her Ph.D. in Management from ESCP, after fifteen years of people, project and change management, many of them at IKEA, in Sweden and in France.
She is a faculty member at IÉSEG School of Management, where she teaches change management, leadership and team management. She is also Academic Director of the School’s specialized Master in Business Analysis & Consulting.
Her research interests encompass sustainable and mindful change, ambiguity management,management under uncertainty and managers. She has completed several mindfulness meditation programs and practices meditation regularly.
