Rahman Ullah is an Assistant Professor of International Negotiation at IÉSEG School of Management, France. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Conflict Management from IAE Paris – Sorbonne Business School, University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, France.
His research primarily focuses on interpersonal conflict, conflict management strategies, negotiations, emotions and emotional intelligence, downsizing and organizational restructuring, and innovative performance.
His research findings have been published in several prestigious peer-reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Conflict Management, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Management Decision, Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines, and the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business.
He has also presented his research at renowned international conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM), European Academy of Management (EURAM), and British Academy of Management (BAM).
Prior to undertaking his Ph.D. and relocating to France, he worked for over two years as an Area Manager Marketing at Atlas Honda Ltd., Pakistan.
