Rocío López-Cabrera is Assistant Professor of International Negotiation in the Department of International Negotiation and Conflict Management at IÉSEG School of Management (Lille Campus). She completed a joint doctorate between the University of Seville, the University of Valencia (Spain), and KU Leuven (Belgium), earning both a Ph.D. in HR Psychology and a Ph.D. in Psychology. Her doctoral dissertation received the University of Seville’s Extraordinary Doctoral Prize in Social and Legal Sciences (2021–2022).
Her research focuses on negotiation, conflict management, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and diversity and inclusion management. She is an experienced mediator and negotiation trainer, collaborating with executives as well as public and private institutions, including the Extrajudicial System for the Resolution of Labor Disputes in Andalusia (SERCLA) and the Gender-Based Occupational Health Observatory and Laboratory of Andalusia (LAOGEN). Rocío has published her work in journals such as Frontiers in Psychology and the International Journal of Conflict Management.
