DE BOECK Giverny

Giverny De Boeck is a professor and expert in human resource management and organizational behavior. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business from KU Leuven (Belgium), and her research focuses on how organizations can design jobs and manage talent to promote well-being and performance. Her work has been published in leading management journals such as Journal of Management Studies and Journal of Organizational Behavior. During her time as a Post-Doc at the Future of Work Institute (Australia), she worked closely with organizations to support work redesign during periods of (technological) change. 

She is also a member of Lille Economie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
