Biography

Paulami Mitra is a Professor in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation track at IÉSEG School of Management, France. She conducted her Ph.D. in social entrepreneurship. She has published research articles and case studies that mainly focus on social entrepreneurial ventures that function in the non-profit and in the for-profit sectors.

Her teaching and research interests include social entrepreneurship, sustainable entrepreneurship, eco-entrepreneurship, sustainability, gender, “triple bottom line” (3BL) and hybrid strategies, and crowdfunding. She is also Academic Director of a Master program dedicated to international business.
