How will women’s careers be impacted by AI? And what about societies?

On Monday 9th March, Professors Gouri Mohan and Maja Korica from IÉSEG, are organizing an online event to mark International Women’s Day 2026: “(Un)equal futures? AI’s Impact on Careers and Societies”.

Two invited international speakers will reflect on the rise of generative AI as an indelible part of workplaces, and identify implications for individuals, for economies and for collective efforts toward greater equity and well-being in societies.

  • Dr Ekaterina Hertog (Oxford Internet Institute and Institute for Ethics in AI, University of Oxford, UK)
  • Dr Rembrand Koning (Harvard Business School, Harvard University, USA)

To join the event, prior registration is required. The event will take place from 1pm to 2pm central European time.
