Gouri Mohan is a Professor in Human Resources Management and her research focuses on leadership and diversity in organizations. Specifically, she studies the way leaders emerge in teams, how individuals collaborate in diverse and global teams, and the evolution of leadership processes over time. She has a Ph.D. in Management from IESE Business School, Barcelona and prior to joining IÉSEG School of Mangement, Gouri worked as a Post-doctoral Research Associate at Ivey Business School at Western University.
