Simone de Colle is an international expert in business ethics and Stakeholder Theory, an author of numerous publications in the Journal of Business Ethics, and a co-author with Professor R.E. Freeman of the book “Stakeholder Theory. The State of the Art” (Cambridge University Press, 2010). He has a Ph.D. in management and business ethics from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and over 20 years of experience working with companies in developing their corporate ethics programs, advising on how to support Ethics & Compliance Officers, and designing and delivering ethics training for executives.
