Melvyn Hamstra is an expert on leadership, knowledge and learning processes in organizations and the author of numerous scientific publications on these topics. He holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and he works with various public and private organizations in implementing new leadership and learning solutions.
He is also a member of Lille Economie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
