BOECKX Jana

Jana Boeckx is an Assistant Professor of Finance at IÉSEG School of Management. She obtained her Ph.D. from KU Leuven, where she specialized in downsizing decisions in SMEs. Her research interests extend to sustainable finance, labor finance, and business groups, exploring the intersection of financial strategy, employment dynamics, and corporate sustainability. Her work has been published in financial journals such as Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis and Finance Research Letters.
