Senior Professor of Practice
Grant Douglas is a senior professor of practice and the intercultural track coordinator at IÉSEG School of Management where he also co-directs ICIE, the IÉSEG Center for Intercultural Engagement. Grant has over 20 years of experience in the conception, organization and implementation of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional development study and training programmes with an international and intercultural dimension. In recent years Grant’s focus has moved more from a purely international/intercultural perspective to a more broadly diversity and inclusion perspective which is reflected in his participation in projects aimed at fostering more diversity and inclusion in higher education institutes.
