Companies and diversity: why does it (sometimes) get stuck?

Gender, disability, age, appearance… Born in the United States at the end of the 1960s, the issue of diversity in the professional world only really appeared in the French public debate in the 2000s. Eighteen years after the creation of the Charter for Diversity in the Workplace, which has now been signed by more than 4,000 organizations, where do we stand? What limits do companies face? Gouri MOHAN, a professor at IÉSEG, takes stock of the situation.
