Position Full Professor

Frieder Lempp is a professor in international negotiation. His research focuses on the development of computer assisted models of negotiation and conflict resolution. The models can be used as decision-support systems for practicing negotiators and conflict resolution practitioners (for instance, to identify optimal strategies for an upcoming negotiation). Frieder teaches courses in negotiation, mediation, dispute resolution, and game-theory. He has practiced as an accredited workplace mediator in New Zealand.
