Full Professor
Farah Kodeih is Professor of Strategy at IÉSEG School of Management. Her research explores how organizations and individuals navigate repressive and exclusionary institutions. This includes understanding the profound challenges faced by asylum seekers and refugees in their host countries and examining both collective and organizational initiatives aimed at supporting them. Farah also investigates the impact of democratic backsliding on civil society and other organizations that advocate for marginalized communities, along with the dynamics of collective resistance in these contexts.
She is also a member of Lille Economie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
