Associate Professor
Guillaume Mercier is a Professor of business ethics and strategy at IÉSEG School of Management and has a Ph.D. in management sciences. He studies the manner ethical practices develop in companies (in particular those relating to benevolence, trust and cooperation). Guillaume is also interested in ethical leadership, particularly the “management” of truth and power dynamics in relations.
He is also a member of Lille Economie Management (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
