François Maon is an expert and author of numerous international publications on corporate social responsibility, strategic sustainability and the role of business in society. He is the co-editor of several books and research anthologies including “Business strategies for sustainability” (Routledge, 2018), “Communicating corporate social responsibility in the digital era” (Routledge, 2017). He also has a Ph.D. in management sciences from the Louvain School of Management, chairs the Management and Society department at IÉSEG School of Management, and co-founded the IÉSEG Center for Organizational Responsibility (ICOR). He also coordinates the Sustainability of Business in Society initiative at IÉSEG. François advises and works with companies willing to engage in the adaptation of their mission, strategies, modes of governance and sustainability policies to meet growing societal expectations and promote the creation of sustainable value, aimed at generating lasting positive impacts for society, the environment and the business.
