In his research, he seeks to bring an evidence-based approach to leadership development. He has a Ph.D. from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.\u00a0As a leadership professor at I\u00c9SEG, he is coordinating several leadership courses but mainly focuses on MBA, EMBA and executive courses. He has been an executive MBA director, is an academic director of the Leadership Center at I\u00c9SEG, and gives keynotes across the globe.\u00a0Finally, he has designed and implemented leadership
