An innovative and holistic approach to business modelling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The editors note that this book is designed to provide an \u201cinnovative\u201d and \u201cholistic approach\u201d to business modelling and organizational design for companies, based on the kart metaphor. It demonstrates how superior road control, speed, simplicity, openness and risk propensity, directness and responsiveness, etc. are key attributes for karts in kart racing, and the recipe for success in many businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this book, Giangreco and Camisa seek to explain how growing and ambitious or distinctive mid-sized organizations, and even how large, multinational companies can use the kart model.  It proposes principles, models, tools, and examples, showing organizations how they can adopt these methods in a business world that is becoming increasingly complex. The book also features examples of corporate stories through cases of companies that have built their success by adopting the \u201ckart principles\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonio Giangreco is an expert and author of numerous publications focused on change management and IT-driven change, including \u201cThe Go-Kart Organization\u201d. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and an MBA and advises organizations in managing (digital) change particularly in the healthcare industry and the higher education sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
