Sudborough&nbsp;is an Assistant Professor of International Negotiation at I\u00c9SEG School of Management and an expert in international commercial dispute resolution. A U.S.-trained lawyer admitted to the New York Bar, she holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (Boston, USA) and a Ph.D. in Law from the University Panth\u00e9on-Assas Paris II (France).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Sudborough is also a trained mediator, drawing on extensive experience as Deputy Manager of the International Centre for ADR at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where she supervised hundreds of international commercial disputes.
