He is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/lem.univ-lille.fr\/\">CNRS, UMR 9221 &#8211; LEM &#8211; Lille Economie Management<\/a>. He holds a HDR (&nbsp;(<em>HDR \u2013 Habilitation \u00e0 Diriger des&nbsp; Recherches<\/em>) and a Ph.D. in economics from University of Lille, France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is dedicated to modelling the integration of undesirable outputs, such as pollutants, into assessments of efficiency and productivity. He&nbsp;focuses on incorporating environmental externalities into the analysis of economic and social dimensions.
