She has published in top international journals and taught marketing courses at different levels including MBA programs. She also runs a talk show called <em>&lt;Zillion&gt;<\/em> which discusses how to improve consumer well-being in the digital era from a marketing perspective where she gathers the views of international experts. Her research is aimed at different stakeholders including policymakers, managers, business practitioners &amp; operators and those who care about adding \u201ctrue\u201d value to customer happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining I\u00c9SEG, she obtained her professorship at the University of Sussex and her Ph.D. at the University of Nottingham.
