Jacob Vakkayil is a Professor and Director of the Global MBA program<\/a> at I\u00c9SEG School of Management in France. Prior to joining I\u00c9SEG, he was teaching at the Indian Institute of Management, at Kolkata in India. He teaches courses associated with leadership and organizations with a special focus on broader\u00a0societal issues. He has also managed the design and delivery of executive education programs on similar themes. Through his research, Jacob explores organizational and institutional dynamics \u00a0influencing the achievement of equitable social systems. His recent work has been published in Management Learning, Journal of Management Inquiry, and Business and society, Urban Studies, and Regional Studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
