Johan Maes is an expert on HR analytics and strategic Human Resources Management (HRM), translating the organization\u2019s strategic needs into a fitting organization design and human resource management approach (retention, recruitment, HR planning, \u2026) as well as investigating how the organization\u2019s strategy can be leveraged based on the design and human capital held by the organization. He adopts a data-driven approach in his research and advice practice and has a particular interest for smaller and medium-sized organizations and start-ups. He has an MSc in Commercial Engineering\/Management Science and a Ph.D. in Business Economics, both from KU Leuven (Belgium).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
