She has a Ph.D. in Management from EMLYON Business School and her research interests center around the construction and representation of ethical, moral and cultural norms and practices in online groups and alternative organizations. She also investigates how pop culture appropriates and shapes normative discourses via aesthetic experiences.&nbsp; Her research has been published in international academic journals such as <em>Organization Studies<\/em> and <em>Journal of Business Ethics<\/em>.
