Grant Douglas is a principal professor of practice and the intercultural track coordinator at I\u00c9SEG School of Management where he also co-directs ICIE, the I\u00c9SEG Center for Intercultural Engagement. Grant has over 20 years of experience in the conception, organization and implementation of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional development study and training programmes with an international and intercultural dimension. In recent years Grant\u2019s focus has moved more from a purely international\/intercultural perspective to a more broadly diversity and inclusion perspective which is reflected in his participation in projects aimed at fostering more diversity and inclusion in higher education institutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4313,"template":"","tags":[1496,305,1074,1073,1502,1504],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nGrant Douglas -
