Dean of the School, Caroline Roussel holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences, a Master\u2019s Degree in management control, accountancy and financial management, has graduated from ICN business school and an Accreditation to Supervise Research. She has been a professor at I\u00c9SEG since 2002. She previously held the positions of Head of Department and Director of Academic Development, before being named Academic Director of I\u00c9SEG and Dean of Faculty in 2016. Her research interests include open strategy and performance management tools.
