He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science, specializing in Finance, from the University of Lille, and a Habilitation \u00e0 Diriger des Recherches (HDR) from the University of Strasbourg. His research focuses on banking and behavioral finance, with particular interests in the relationship between banks and firms (relationship lending), access to credit, and borrower discouragement. His work examines how trust, culture, discrimination, and psychological biases shape financial decisions and influence firms\u2019 financing behavior. He also studies gender-related issues in credit markets, including women-led firms\u2019 access to finance and the role of prejudices in lending decisions.
