Caroline Rieu Plichon earned her Ph.D. in Management from ESCP, after fifteen years of people, project and change management, many of them at IKEA, in Sweden and in France. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is a faculty member at I\u00c9SEG School of Management, where she teaches change management, leadership and team management. She is also Academic Director of the School’s specialized Master in Business Analysis & Consulting<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her research interests encompass sustainable and mindful change, ambiguity management,management under uncertainty and managers.
