Jana Boeckx is an Assistant Professor of Finance at I\u00c9SEG School of Management. She obtained her Ph.D. from KU Leuven, where she specialized in downsizing decisions in SMEs. Her research interests extend to sustainable finance, labor finance, and business groups, exploring the intersection of financial strategy, employment dynamics, and corporate sustainability.
