She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Business from KU Leuven (Belgium), and her research focuses on how organizations can design jobs and manage talent to promote well-being and performance. Her work has been published in leading management journals such as&nbsp;<em>Journal of Management Studies<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Journal of Organizational Behavior<\/em>. During her time as a Post-Doc at the Future of Work Institute (Australia), she worked closely with organizations to support work redesign during periods of (technological) change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is also a member of&nbsp;<em>Lille Economie Managemen<\/em>t (LEM), a joint research unit (no. 9221) of the French National Centre for Scientific Research&nbsp;(CNRS).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":10730,"template":"","tags":[1890,1887,412,832,395,1046,835],"class_list":["post-10729","custom-author","type-custom-author","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-de-boeck-en","tag-giverny","tag-hr","tag-human-resource-management","tag-performance-en","tag-knowledge-management-en","tag-talent-management"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
