RAMIREZ MARIN Jimena

Jimena is interested in understanding the influence of culture on negotiation (expectations, strategies and outcomes). She works with international research teams in four continents and is particularly interested in honor cultures. Her aim is to help managers from different cultures reach better agreements. She is Academic Director of the Master in International Business in Lille and Editor-in-Chief of the journal: Negotiation and Conflict Management Research.
